SNUGGcare is responsible for warranty claims against manufacturing defects and products wear repairs. To have an item submitted for inspection, please contact us via email, hello@snuggbaby.com

 

The item will need to be sent to SNUGGstudio where the appropriate decision will be taken. 

 

In case of a manufacturing defect that has been validated by SNUGGstudio, the repair will be free of charge or we will replace it with a new item or another item with the equivalent value

 

As for worn items, we will propose an estimate and repair will be carried on only if you agree to the estimate.

 

If your item is too worn, we will return it to you in its condition.
