You have seven (7) days to return or exchange your items upon receipt of the items.

If for any reasons you would like to return or exchange your item, please write to us at hello@snuggbaby.com quoting your order number. We will provide you with the necessary details for the return or exchange.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unused and with the tags still attached and in its original packaging that it comes with.

 

If items are returned in order, we will process the refund or exchange promptly. We reserve the right to refuse return or exchange if items returned are not in satisfactory condition.

We do not refund shipping charges and we do not cover the delivery of the replaced item nor the shipping charges incurred in returning the item to us.

Personalised and custom made items; due to the unique and personalised nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchange. We advise that time and attention is taken in finalising the order before we proceed to craft the items.
