All SNUGGbaby and Kendong.my products carry three (3) years SNUGGbaby warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase except for the following:

 

• Drool pads

• SNUGGbaby pocket diapers

• SNEXIES Cloth Pads (discontinued)

• Scrunchies

• Face mask

• Eye mask

• Clearance Items (second quality and clearance items)

 

If a manufacturing fault occurs, SNUGGbaby will repair your item of purchase free of charge.

 

SNUGGbaby warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage caused by any abnormal use of the item.
