Hi! I am Liza Yaakup, and have been running SNUGGbaby for 8 years to date. I am a certified Babywearing Consultant and have attended Porter, Simplement, a French babywearing school and Trageschule, a German babywearing school. I am also a certified breastfeeding peer counsellor by MBFPC.

No one tells better story about SNUGGbaby and how it all started than Jacqueline Toyad in one of her articles exploring small businesses in Ipoh, Malaysia. Here's the paper cutting from Options, The Edge Malaysia, published on 11th April 2016.
How did the term SNUGGfairy came about?
SNUGGbaby started actively hiring in 2015 when we hired our very first formal local employee. The job description was simple. Help me with things you can help me with, so I can do more sewing and so she did. What she did most was to organise the flow of SNUGGbaby products, from sewing table right to customer's doorsteps. She described herself as SNUGGbaby Fairy and don't we agree. From that moment on, the term SNUGGbaby Fairy even rubbed off on our customers.

SNUGGbaby now is a team of four. Nining, being the most senior have been with us for over 6 years. Liyana M. arrives soon and she has been with us for 3 years. Both of them have honed their skills to be master seamstresses.Time flies and later came Liyana S., she supports administration and keep the gears well oiled.

Not in picture is our very own Don. He claims to be the most handsome of all (He made me write this). Last but not least are the two little beings that you might have seen on our flyers with the L.E. Denim Stork.
They are the reason behind all this.
