We will request for a photo of the carrier to help determine the type and make of the carrier

The product can be in any condition, however, please be prepared to provide more details to explain any irregularities or damage. The carrier needs to have complete basic parts consisting of the body panel, waist panel and straps also shoulder straps.
2. Ship your product to our studio in Ipoh, Malaysia.
Pack up your carrier securely and bid it farewell. The box is not necessary. We advise that you use trackable courier services like Poslaju.

Once your carrier has gone through inspection to determine authenticity and validity, we will email you a unique coupon code which you can redeem on SNUGGbaby.com

Coupon will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
