SNUGGbaby Trade-In is a service provided to SNUGGbaby customers by SNUGGbaby. SNUGGbaby authorised resellers and retailers are currently not involved in any trade-in transactions. Any and all transactions conducted on this site are solely the responsibility of SNUGGbaby and such visitors.

SNUGGbaby may amend this site at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Terms are effective immediately upon posting. These terms and conditions may not be otherwise amended except in writing and signed by you and SNUGGbaby.

 

 

Program overview

 

 

The SNUGGbaby Trade-In Program is currently on-going, introduced in July 2017 as means for providing value for ageing or damaged SNUGGbaby carriers that are beyond repair when it is traded in and new SNUGGbaby carrier is purchased. A 15% discount is assigned to the individual when the trade-in carrier is sent to our facility, inspected and valued to be eligible. This discount code is to be redeemed when a new carrier is purchased on SNUGGbaby.com. 

 

 

Trade-in proof-of-ownership requirements

 

 

By agreeing to these program terms and conditions, you warrant that all trade-in carriers or the sale and shipment of such products must not violate any applicable laws, statutes, ordinances or regulations. You are responsible for complying with any and all such laws. The carrier you send in shall not be counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent.

 

 

Program rules and requirements

 

 

• The SNUGGbaby Trade-In Program is available to end-users worldwide.

• SNUGGbaby reserve the right to request additional information from the end-user at our discretion.

• SNUGGbaby is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage-due claims/requests or for any printing, human, fax, computer or other errors.

• All products submitted for this program become the property of SNUGGbaby and will not be returned.

• This offer is not transferable.

• All decisions by SNUGGbaby are final.

 

 

Trade-in pickup and delivery

 

 

• You agree to remove all dirt and soil from your current product before shipping it. 

• SNUGGbaby may not provide packing materials and pay for shipping.

• If applicable, when packaging your device, be sure to include all parts, attached or loose. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

• Once your trade-in product is shipped, SNUGGbaby cannot, and does not guarantee, that it will be able to honour any request for return of the product.

 

 

Coupon code issuance and validation of trade-ins by SNUGGbaby

 

 

• SNUGGbaby will perform an inspection upon receipt of your product. If the product's condition differs from that which you described, SNUGGbaby reserves the right to decline your trade-in. SNUGGbaby will send you an individually assigned coupon code if your product fulfils the eligibility of trade-in. You must state your trade-in product's condition accurately and to the best of your ability.

• If trade-in products are not eligible, SNUGGbaby reserves the right to refuse trade-in. If the product is to be returned, you will be responsible for any and all associated shipping costs.

This program is subject to change or termination at any time, without notice, by SNUGGbaby. All trade-in transactions are subject to the approval of SNUGGbaby.
